| 摘 要： | 哈尔滨举办2009年世界大学生运动会需要大量的竞赛组织人员,这些人员的素质、工作水平直接关系到本次赛会举办的质量。采用理论分析的方法,论述了大冬会竞赛组织人员培训的目标、意义和作用,并对做好培训工作提出了初步构想。

| Abstract: | A number of personnels to organize competition will be needed in 2009 Harbin world university winter games. Their culture and work ability will right relate to whether the games is successful or not. With the theoretical approach, the article discusses the training target, significance and function for the personnel organizing competition in the games and brings forward some preparatory thoughts for doing the training work well. |
