| 摘 要： | 教育硕士与教育学硕士是两种不同性质的学位，教育硕士是具有特定职业背景的专业学位，与学位性学位相比，它具有四种潜在的功能；即有助于提高教师素质，推进素质教育；提高教师地位，改善教师待遇；促进行动研究，深化教育改革；加强纵横联系（理论与实践、校际之间的联系），推动高师改革。

| Abstract: | Med and Meds are different in character. Med is a professional degree which specially award to primary and middle school teachers. In contrast with academic degree, it has four potential functions, that is, it will conduce to heightening teacher' s status and improving teacher' s treatment, to promoting action research and deepening educational reform, to reinforcing the relation between theory and practice and the relation between schools and schools, and driving the reform of higher teacher education. |
