The professional image of contemporary teachers have shown the serious separation between the ideal and the reality. The research about the professional image of teachers should change the traditional thought. This kind of research should base on the reality and consider rationally their inner spirit-the professional consciousness, the professional motive, the sense of professional efficiency, the sense of professional satisfactory and the sense of professional aesthetics so that to realize the integration of their social value and self value in the process of teachers specialization.
