| 摘 要： | 目的探讨思密达和清肝利胆口服液联合治疗母乳性黄疸的疗效。方法将我中心门诊收治的母乳性黄疸患儿198例以随机分组的方法分成思密达组、思密达加清肝利胆口服液联合治疗组（以下简称联合治疗组），以及空白对照组进行比较，治疗前后经皮测胆红素值，结果用t检验和X^2检验进行统计学分析。结果联合治疗组的疗效明显高于思密达组和空白对照组（P〈0．01），值得在临床推广。
