经济发展方式转变进程中的社会组织发展

通过对我国经济发展方式转变进程中社会组织发展的文案调查，主要利用国家统计局提供的时间序列与面板数据进行的统计分析表明，我国社会组织自1988年以来得到了较快发展，其中各种社会团体和民办非，血业单位发展尤为迅速．与此同时，我国社会组织发展的结构仍存在一些问题．为此，应进一步促进各地经济增长，以经济增长带动社会组织的发展，并进而促使社会福利水平的提高；在经济发展相对滞后的地区，需要加大对社会组织发展的政府鼓励与扶持，尤其要加大对各种基金会以及社会团体发展的支持；要强化中央级社会组织的规模、质量与宏观引领作用，强化这些社会组织对重大民生问题、社会福利问题的参与程度，促进政府与民间、政治与经济、社会的协调发展；强化各种社会组织发展过程中的功能协调与服务能力协调，提高社会组织服务质量．
