领导力与成功

领导力是综合素质和能力的体现。具有卓越领导力的企业领导者,应当具有预见性和发现市场的敏锐性,要有坚忍不拔的信心和毅力,要有组织协调各种力量形成团队精神的能力,要有独特的个人魅力。领导力不是与生俱来的,也不是单靠书本就能学来的,而是在实践中养成,并通过实践得到锻炼和提高的。领导、管理和决策都难以用数学公式线性地描述和表达,决策本身往往要靠经验、观察和直觉来作出判断。

Leading Power and Success

Leading power is an embodiment of comprehensive quality and capability. Those enterprise leaders who have outstanding leading competence should possess predictability and the acuity of discovering markets, fortitudinous confidence and perseverance, ability of organizing various forces into a group spirit, as well as unique personal charm. Leading power is not born with one, nor learnt from books, but formed via practices, the latter of which then function to forge and promote the leading capability. Leading, administrating and decision making are all hard to describe and express in terms of mathematic formula; decision making usually requires experience, observation and intuition.
