| 摘 要： | 笔者运用清代阿拉善和硕特旗蒙古文档案和相关文献资料，探讨了清代阿拉善和硕特旗的相关边界规定，即边界管理制度、对边界纠纷的处理及对越界者的处罚措施等。它是清廷施行于蒙古地方的盟旗制度的一些具体表现，然而清廷所订立的各种规章制度落实到具体的盟旗时则有许多变通。尤其，有清一代，为了避灾自救，被灾蒙旗牧民或有组织，或零散地移牧邻旗之事常有发生。

| Abstract: | Making use of the Mongolian archives and related literature materials about Heshuote Banner of Alex League in the Qing Dynasty, the author studies its related border regulations, such as border management systems, disposals of border disputes and punishment for border intruders. They were concrete embodiment of the league and banner system implemented in Mongolian area by the Qing Dynasty, though there were adaptations in its practical implementation in specific leagues and banners. Especially in the Qing Dynasty, in order to carry out self- relief in disasters, victims might occassionally transfer their grazing in neighbour banners either organizedly or scatteredly. |
