工学结合模式下实践教学全过程督导的探索——以大连职业技术学院服务类专业为例

实践教学是高职院校保证人才培养质量、实现学生毕业即能上岗的重要教学环节。当前，大部分高职院校对服务类专业实践教学的督导属于粗犷型管理，处于比较随意的状态，缺乏全程的引导和制度的约束。为提高实践教学效率，要进行全过程督导。要以教学检查为切入点，加大校内外实践教学监督的力度；建立适应工学结合模式需要的实践教学质量评价指标体系；畅通信息收集与反馈渠道，实施过程质量控制。

The Exploration and Practice 'of Supervising the Practical Instruction on the Mode of Combination between Instruction and Practice

The practical instruction serves as the vital link to guaranteeing the intellects cultivation quality and achieving the goal of employment right after graduation.In this paper taking the supervision to the practical instruction of Service Profession of dalian vocational technical college as the research subject,we analyze the current supervision situation and the major links of the practical instruction of Service Profession.More importantly,the exploration and practice on supervising the practical instruction of Service Profession of the target college are elaborated.
