| 摘 要： | 介绍了静止图像压缩标准JPEG2000独特的编解码机制，对于传输带宽有限的情况，提出了采用兴趣区域(ROI)编码技术实现在数字图书馆图像检索中的应用，介绍了ROI掩模的生成以及ROI编码的实现。

| Abstract: | This paper presents Still Images Compression Standard-JPEG2000's special decoding/encoding process,linked through narrowband network,it provides the approach which allows the reigons of interest(ROI) of the image encoded/decoded,puts forward to apply this technology to the searching images in the digital library.The author also presents how to create the ROI mask and how to implement ROI encoding/decoding. |
