| 摘 要： | 农业科技成果应用到"三农"领域加快了现代农业发展,增加了农民收入,推进了新农村建设,成绩斐然,有目共睹.在新时期,为了更好地发挥高等农业院校人才培养、科学研究以及服务社会的功能,文章分析了我国高等农业院校科研管理存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策.
