| 摘 要： | 大学生思想政治教育既要坚持共性又要彰显个性。共性是大学生思想政治教育中根本的始终要坚守的刚性的确定的培养目标，坚持共性要围绕“培养什么人”展开；个性是大学生思想政治教育尊重差异实事求是的体现，彰显个性要围绕“怎样培养人”来展开，要以权利为核心培养法治意识，以实践为核心培养创新意识，以讲效益为核心培养创业意识。
