| 摘 要： | 电子商务和网络经济已成为全球重要经济模式之一，故应对电子商务课程的教学如教学内容、案例分析、教学实践、知识更新等重要内容进行适应性调整。本文分析了目前电子商务教学现状，提出了在开发实用的电子商务课程中需要突出的特点，并探讨了电子商务课程教学改革的重点。
