高校实训基地开展社区服务的探索

高校实训基地是学生进行职业技能训练、培养职业素质的重要场所,拥有优良的设备资源、宽广的实训场地和优秀的双师型教师及素质良好的专职管理人员。然而,目前很多高职院校实训基地利用率偏低,造成资源的浪费。职业院校应积极发挥其社会服务功能,在充分保障学生职业技能训练的同时,为社区提供智力资源服务与物质资源服务,在促进社区经济、文化发展的同时也拓展其自身生存与发展的空间。

An Exploration on College Training Base to Provide Community Service

The training base is a vital place for technical college students to have professional skills training and develop professional qualities. There are also good equipment resources, broad training workplaces, excellent dual-qualification teachers and qualified full-time management personnel. However, the low utilization rate of the training places in technical colleges brings the waste of resources. To make full use of the social service function of technical colleges can not only provide sufficient professional skills training, but provide intellectual resources and material resources service to communities. Thus it can broaden its own survival and development space.
