健身气功与现代人的心理健康

摘    要:随着社会的飞速发展,竞争日趋激烈,生活在文明世界中的人们感受到的不仅仅是物质生活的丰富和精神生活的满足,随之而来的工作和生活的压力,使得许多人不堪重负,人们的心理承受能力正接受着巨大的考验。越来越多的人们开始把关注的焦点从身体的器官转向到内心的世界。健身气功作为我国传统的养生保健的方法,正在被世人所关注。文章通过对健身气功的含义及其要素的详细阐述,发现养生气功对于缓解现代人的心理压力起着显著的作用。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the society and increasing conpetition,people in the civilized world feel not only the rich in material life and the satisfaction from cultural life,but people can not bear the pressure from life and work,and they are standing a severe test.More and more people begin to shift their attention from the organs to inner world.Body-building Qigong is a traditional method to keep in a good health,and it is drawing common people's attention.The main idea of the thesis is that Qigong plays an very important role in easing the pressure by expounding the concept of body-building of Qqigong and its factors in detail.
