| 摘 要： | 由经验型向研究型转变是现代篮球运动发展对高校篮球专项教师的必然要求。研究型教师经验型教师行为在课时计划、课堂教学上都有很大差别。研究型篮球专项教师的培养主要应从系统的理论学习、完善的教学技能训练、学会科学的反思以及自觉进行科学的教学研究方面着手。

| Abstract: | With the development of the modern basketball sport,university teachers are bound to change their role from teaching by experience to teaching by research.There are quite a lot of differences between the two types of teachers in their teaching arrangement as well as the classroom teaching.To foster research-pattern teachers specializing in basketball,we should set out to study theories systematically,perfect the training method of teaching skills,learn to reflect scientifically and do the teaching research. |
