论学术职业的独特性

相对于高等教育研究领域和社会学研究许多领域而言,学术职业在中国还是很新的,尽管对与其相关的大学教师的研究有许多。笔者经过六年与多国学者的合作研究发现,作为一个职业,学术职业具有诸多特点。本文仅就其中文概念的复杂性、其具有的基础性和关键性、对学科而非所在组织的高度归属感几方面来进行探讨。
