| 摘 要： | 中国和哈萨克斯坦是友好邻邦，1991年原苏联解体哈萨克斯坦独立后，中哈两国教育文化交流与合作不断发展，在哈萨克斯坦各类高等院校中，中国留学生的数量比来自其他国家的留学生的数量多，解决好中哈两国留学问题对于提高留学生的质量至关重要。

| Abstract: | China is a friendly neighboring country with Kazakhstan. Since 1991, wnen tne formaer Soviet Union disaggregated and Kazakhstan became independent, the interaction and cooperation on education and cultural field between the two countries have developed continuously. In the various colleges at Kazakhstan, Chinese students are taking up a greater number than those from other countries. Therefore, settling the problems concerned with oversea students between China and Kazakhstan is of vital importance. |
