| 摘 要： | 本文分析了在应用ANSYS软件对微系统封装模型进行模拟仿真计算时不能直接从数据库读取数据这一缺憾;采用VC 实现了MEMS材料特性数据库与ANSYS接口的完美连接。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the defect that the software ANSYS cannot read the database of the mini-system encapsulation mode on simulating computing. And solves the problem with VC to realize the connection of the MEMS material attributed database and ANSYS interface. The project is proved feasible and valuable. |
