| 摘 要： | 高等教育多元化的重要功用之一，在于能够有效地调节高等教育系统内部多种价值观念的冲突。我国如能营造高等教育多元化的格局，就可以最大限度地协调高等教育公平与效率的矛盾。高等教育多元化的实现，需要政府、社会、学校三方面的共同努力。

| Abstract: | A multi-format higher education system may effectively balance various value concepts within higher education. Such a system, once established in China, will mitigate the imbalance between fairness and efficiency in higher education. Joint efforts need to be made by the government, the general .public, and the institutions of higher learning to establish the multi-format higher education system. |
