基于微博用户共同关注的竞争对手识别策略研究

摘    要:选取我国经济最发达10个城市的新浪微博认证用户作为样本,通过对130名认证用户的计算机品牌用户共关注的分析调查,得出一个用户共关注矩阵,并据此展开研究。用户共关注分析包括3个部分,构造矩阵形成共同关注相异矩阵、聚类分析、多维尺度分析,经过处理分析得出计算机品牌企业市场竞争状况的相关结论。

Abstract:The paper takes 130 SINA microblog authenticated users in 10 most advanced economic cities in China as examples,investigates and analyzes users’ common concern on computer brand,gets users’ common concern matrix,and does research from this.The users’ common concern analysis includes 3 parts,structural matrix forming common concern dissimilarity matrix,cluster analysis,and multidimensional scaling analysis.It obtains related conclusions about computer brand enterprise’s market competition status after processing and analysis.
