Needs analysis theory under ESP requires that learning should be an integration of learning objectives and capability requirement of job posts. It is very constructive for the positioning of improving Business English specialties. Through graduate employment statistics, this article has discussed the ideas on the direction in summarizing students’ core competence requirement of main target posts so as to pursue the integration of Business English training patterns and work post requirement. It is helpful for tighter matching of teaching and social requirement, which is the effort of Business English training as well.
