婴儿维生素k缺乏症66例临床分析

目的:探讨婴儿维生素k缺乏症致颅内出血的病因、诊治与预防.方法:对66例婴儿维生素k缺乏症的临床资料进行综合分析.结果:母乳中的维生素k含量低是造成婴儿维生素k缺乏症的主要原因.本组58例颅内出血病例的死亡率为17.2%,各种神经系统后遗症34.5%.结论:提高对本病的认识,加强对母乳喂养的指导,普及新生儿维生素k的预防用药,早期诊断,早期治疗可以降低本病的死亡率及减少后遗症的发病率.

Clinical analysis of 66 cases vitamin k deficiency disease in infant

Objective: To explore the pathogeny of intracranial hemorrhage that caused by vitamin k deficiency disease in infant , the methods of making a diagnosis and giving treatment and preventive measures of this disease. Methods : We synthetically analyzed the clinical datum of 66 cases of vitamin k deficiency disease in infant.Results: That the low content of vitamin k in the breast milk is the chief reason for the vitamin k deficiency disease in infant. The death rate of this group- 58 cases intracranial hemorrhage cases was 17.2% . Various cases of neural sequela in this group was 34.5%. Conclusion : To sharpen the awareness of this disease , strengthen the guidance of breastfeeding and gain ground the prophylactic of vitamin k in the newborn with early diagnosis and treatment will reduce the death rate and the morbidity of sequela of this disease.
