| 摘 要： | 反倾销是各国普遍采用的一种主要的贸易保护措施。我国是遭受反倾销的重灾国家，需要采取相应的措施加以应对。“入世”后根据非歧视原则，国外对我国的反倾销待遇会有所改善，但并非立即地全部得到改善，所以我们仍然需要积极努力。本文在对国际上对华反倾销的发展趋势及原因进行深入分析的基础上，提出了一些中国企业应对国外反倾销的对策。
