| 摘 要： | 双语教学是高等教育发展的必然趋势。新建地方本科院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分，在双语教学发展方面还处于起步与探索阶段，存在师资严重不足、学生英语基础薄弱、教学管理体制滞后等问题。学校应在师资队伍、教学管理机制、课程体系、课程建设等方面采取有效措施，探索适合我国高等教育现状的双语教学体系，提高双语教学质量。
