| Abstract: | This paper has analysized technical requirements of face-to-face training courses in Wushu from four aspects,systematically discussing training methods of face-to-face training courses.The author thought that the important way to improve training technical level was to use some scientific,reasonable and effective training methods on the basis of analysing technical requirements of training in Wushu. |
