| 摘 要： | 孤立主义是美国传统外交政策之一,它主宰了美国早期的外交.经济因素是这一政策形成的根源,也是其发展和实施的关键.同时孤立主义外交政策也解决了美国建国初期财力拮据、贸易困难、百废待兴、国力孱弱的经济难题.
