| 摘 要： | 探讨了疗养院特勤人员体能检查法及体能训练的作用和意义，为评定体能训练效果提供理论依据。通过实验表明体能检查法与运动成绩标准对照法方法简单，反应灵敏，数据可信，受训人员容易接受，可将其列为疗养院特勤人员的必测项目。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this article was to study evaluation methods,significance and functions of physical training effects of staff for special services in sanatoriums in order to offer theoretical evidences for the evaluation. The results demonstrated that method testing physical constitution and method of sports performances contrast were simple and reliable. They were easily accepted by the trainees and could be included in the compulsory items to be evaluated. |
