| Abstract: | This thesis elaborates the risk management of letter of credit in trade finance from the perspective of commercial banks. Starting from the letter of credit, financing guarantee, and regulatory policies, it discusses the related risks and their preventions of using letter of credit with the aim to encourage enterprises to use letter of credit and to lower the risks of banks in using letter of credit. |
