摘    要:后现代知识观使人们对知识的本质有了更深入的理解,同时也使多年受到学者忽视的教师实践知识成为教师知识领域中的亮点。教师实践知识具有理论知识所无法企及的优势,是一种从教学实践中来,通过实践,且为了实践的知识。对其进行研究对于探索教师教育领域中理论与实践的沟通有着重要的意义。

Abstract:The postmodern standpoint of knowledge not only makes us have a deep understanding about the nature of knowledge,but also makes teacher's practical knowledge be a hot issue in the field of teacher knowledge.To some extent,teacher's practical knowledge has more advantages than academic knowledge.It comes from teaching practice,accumulates in the course and finally benefits for the improvement of practice.The study on this kind of knowledge might be somewhat meaningful in integrating theory with practice.
