农村劳动力外出及其对农村土地利用的影响--以重庆市为例

农村劳动力外出既对我国经济增长做出了重要贡献,又对农村土地的利用产生越来越大的影响。文章以重庆市为例,分析了农村劳动力外出具有外出的对象以青壮年为主,且文化程度较高,主要方式是亲属朋友、中介机构介绍和自发外出,外出从业领域相对集中等特点,外出的原因有制度障碍减少,农村劳动力人均耕地减少从而产生大量剩余农村劳动力等。农村劳动力的外出对农村土地利用产生了有利和不利两方面影响。最后针对不利影响提出了建议。

Rural labor force outgoing and its influence on rural land use-A Case Study of Chongqing Municipality

Rural labor force outgoing makes important contributions to China's economic growth.It also has greater and greater influence on rural land use.Based on the case study of Chongqing municipality,this article points out that rural labor force outgoing has the characteristics that the majority is young laborers and well educated relatively,the main pattern is relatives?friends and agency organization introduction and spontaneous outgoing,they enter comparatively concentrated industries.The reason for outgoing is that policy obstruction has reduced and that the reduction of per rural labor force occupying cultivated land results in a great deal of surplus rural labor force.Rural labor force outgoing has both positive and negative influence on rural land use.Finally,the authors put forward some suggestions for eliminating negative influence.
