| 摘 要： | 网络犯罪是伴随网络的产生而出现的一种新型犯罪。学者对犯罪学中的网络犯罪概念没有统一的看法,主要有三种学说:工具说、对象说和工具对象说。网络犯罪表现多种多样,具有四大特征,形成原因非常复杂,因此,必须通过各种有效的办法对网络犯罪进行防控。

| Abstract: | Cyber-crime is a new kind of crime coming along with the birth of Internet.So far experts have not agreed on the concept of cyber-crime from the perspective of criminology.There are three kinds of theories about the concept of cyber-crime of criminology including tool theory,object theory and tool and object theory.Cyber-crime includes many types and four characteristics.The forming reasons of cyber-crime are very complex.We must prevent and control cyber-crime through all kinds of effective ways. |
