| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法对场校对接这种志愿者筛选、培训、组织的新模式及运作方式进行了阐述,浅析了场校对接的优势、场校对接产生的影响以及场校对接中应该注意解决的问题。旨在进一步加深对场校对接模式的认识,为场校对接模式的实践提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | By literature,the paper discusses the new models of selecting,training,organizing and operating the vol- unteers conjoining stadiums and universities and explains the advantages and impacts of the conjoining of stadiums and universities,as well as the problems which should be solved while it is being operated,The papers will make further understanding of the mode of the conjoining of stadiums and universities,thus offering a referential theory as to the practice of the mode of the conjoining of stadiums and universities. |
