| 摘 要： | 文章首先从管理的政治哲学视点，论证了法团主义与政府协调管理是国家创新系统中政府职能定位的必然选择；然后，探讨了国家创新系统中２协调管理的目标、内容、方式；最后运用以上理论，结合我国现实，阐述了我国国家创新系统中政府协调管理存在的主要问题和相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | Firstly from the viewpiont of management political philosophy, the article proves that corporation doctrine and government coordinated management are the inevitable choices of the government function orientation in the national innovation system. Then the object,content and form of government coordinated management are discussed.Finally the article expounds the main existent problems in the government coordinated management and relevant solvable countermeasure. |
