| 摘 要： | 科学进行战略选择是高校抓住机遇迎接挑战，有效实施战略管理的关键。本文在剖析战略选择内涵特征的基础上，阐明了战略选择基于战略信息、始于战略评估、目的在于战略方案的确定，提出了高校科学地进行战略选择的措施。
