损失厌恶、需求萎缩与装备制造业技术升级

 下游企业损失厌恶是制约我国装备制造业技术升级的重要因素。据此，构建了包含损失厌恶的质量选择模型，通过分析下游企业的购买决策，揭示了损失厌恶制约装备制造业升级的市场机制；采用2000～2008年7个装备制造行业的面板数据，利用工业增加值率差值的变化衡量损失厌恶程度，检验了上述市场机制。结果表明，存在损失厌恶时创新产出对市场需求的弹性下降了3.3%，下游企业的损失厌恶心理借助市场需求这个中介变量抑制了技术升级；提出了推动产学研合作、创新商业模式、改善服务流程、反向整合产业链的政策建议。

Market constraint on technology upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry by downstream enterprises＇ loss aversion

Downstream enterprises’ aversion is a significant element which prevents the manufacturing industry from upgrading technology.This paper establishes a quality choice model including a value function of loss aversion.It also explores the market mechanism under which the loss aversion restrains equipment manufacturing industry’s technology upgrading by analyzing the purchase decision of downstream enterprises.This paper proposes a measure of loss-aversion degree by using the changes of industry-added-value-ratio difference between domestic industry and foreign industry.Exploiting the panel data of 7 equipment manufacturing industries from 2000-2008,an empirical study is performed to test the market mechanism.The result shows that comparing with the condition of non loss aversion,the elasticity of market demand falls by 3.3% when loss aversion exists,which means loss aversion restrains technology upgrading through the intervening variable,market demand.Therefore,this paper states some policies which include the cooperation between university and enterprises,innovation of business model,improvement of service procedure and industry chain integration from the downstream to upstream.
