大学毕业生就业能力与就业质量的关系研究——以徐州工程学院2013届毕业生为例

摘    要:对2013届本科毕业生547份问卷调查和分析表明,对自我就业能力各因素评分由高到低依次为个人品质、人际沟通、问题解决、团队合作等,调查对象对客观就业质量评分由高到低依次为工资水平、就业地点、单位知名度等,主观就业质量评分由高到低依次为工作单位满意度、专业对口满意度等。

Abstract:Questionnaire survey of 547 university students graduating this year shows that elements of employability graded from high to low are personal quality, interpersonal communication, problem- solving and teamwork. Objective factors determining the employment quality graded by the respond- ents from high to low are pay level, location and how well the employer is known and among subjective factors, satisfaction with the employer is graded higher than majorjob match.
