论辅导员科研能力的培养——基于课题研究的视角

摘    要:辅导员的科研能力包括问题意识、必要的知识储备,科学的研究方法、良好的科研品质。辅导员的科研应重点关注热点问题、交叉学科的课题,加强研究的科学化和规范化。辅导员应从加强学习、增强对问题的敏感性和前瞻性,提高团队合作意识等方面提高科研意识和能力,同时也要注意把工作和科研结合起来。

Abstract:Advisors" scientific research ability refers to their consciousness of problems, necessary knowledge reserves, scientific research methods and fine scientific research qualities. Advisors should focus on hot issues and interdisciplinary subjects and make their research more scientific and standard- ized. To improve their scientific research awareness and ability, they must acquire more knowledge and increase their susceptibility to prospective problems and their sense of teamwork. Advisors must also combine their work with their research.
