| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员资源共享平台是突破辅导员个人、学校和地域的限制，在全省乃至全国范围内实现辅导员工作经验、信息等资源的共享，以进一步推进辅导员工作的科学化和队伍专业化发展的重要途径。分析这一平台的构成要素，运行机制和使用效能是这一平台建设的必要准备。

| Abstract: | Construction of information sharing platform allows college advisors to share experience, in- formation and other resources across the province and the country as well, no longer restricted by the person, the school or the region. It is an important way to make advisors＇ work more scientific and the team more professionalized. Necessary preparation for construction of such a platform includes analy- sis of its components, its operating mechanism and its application performance. |
