| 摘 要： | 辅导员要有强烈的问题意识，以应对当前复杂的大学生思想政治教育环境。强化问题意识促进辅导员专业化，要重视解决党的思想理论教育与学生面对现实中价值冲突和思想困惑的矛盾，辅导员的前置经验与学生成长的滞后性矛盾及特殊类学生的教育管理等问题。

| Abstract: | To cope with the complexity of current environment for college students＇ ideological and po- litical education, advisors must have intense problem awareness. To increase problem awareness and push ahead the team＇s professionalization, advisors must pay attention not only to the relationship be- tween instillation of the Party＇s thoughts and theories and satisfaction of students＇ individual needs, but also to the contradiction between their prior experience and the lagging students＇ growth and to ed- ucation and management of special students. |
