This paper attempts to explore the mechanism of Japanese intellectual property information disclosure under the Reference Guideline for Intellectual Property Information Disclosure. It begins with background and ideas of disclosure under this guideline,then deals with media for intellectual property information disclosure as well as items of disclosure and examples. It finally ends up with its implications for China.
