| 摘 要： | 电子学档不只是一种网络学习的评价工具，它更强调网络学习环境q-学生完成对学习过程、学习活动和学习资源的自我评估、反思和管理过程，从而促进远程学习效能。本在综合分析国内外电子学档系统设计与研究的基础上，结合笔的应用实践，提出了网络学习环境中电子学档系统的基本框架和应用思路：

| Abstract: | WEPS1.0 emphasizes on students' self-assessment, reflection and management on their learning in Elearning enviovment, which makes learners participate in learning activities, improves the learners' learning efficiency as well as qualities and facilitates their learning process. Based on the research of eportfolio and our two-year practice, This article expatiates the content framework, design idea and application of WEPS1.0. |
