| 摘 要： | 首先对项目管理模式应用于人力资源管理创新的可行性进行了分析,概括了人力资源管理创新所具有的项目管理特征。然后,从项目管理系统思想、过程思想以及职能领域3个方面分析了在人力资源管理创新项目中的应用,通过项目管理模式的应用将大大解决人力资源管理创新中存在的员工排斥、低效、混乱以及延期等问题。
