摘    要:本试验以养猪场最常用的两种抗生素,阿莫西林和金霉素作为抑制剂.通过Monod方程进行回归,分别就抑制剂对厌氧消化的抑制类型和抑制程度进行了分析和研究.试验结果表明,阿莫西林的存在使厌氧发酵的最大反应速率和半速率常数分别降低了70%和65%,属于反竞争抑制类型:金霉素的存在没有降低最大反应速率,却使半速率常数增加了63%,属于竞争性抑制类型.

Abstract:Amoxicillin and Aureomycin are the most common antibiotics used for the prevention and treatment of pig diseases. The inhibition style and inhibition level of these two antibiotics to anaerobic digestion were investigated by Monod equation regression. The results reported that the presence of amoxicillin reduced the maximum specific methane production rate and half rate constant by 70% and 65% respectively;the presence of Aureomycin didn't affect the maximum specific methane production rate but increased the half rate constant by 63%. The effect of amoxicillin on anaerobic digestion was belonged to uneompetitive inhibition and the effect of aureomycin to competitive inhibition.
