《吕氏春秋》所见饮食文化之探赜

摘    要:《吕氏春秋》是总结先秦诸子之学、折射百家会通趋向的巨著,也是反映先秦时期社会生活如何铺排的文献。随着史学研究视野与角度的扩展,《吕氏春秋》中体现中国春秋战国时期社会食事活动的材料应挖掘出来,并赋予新的诠释与阐发。《吕氏春秋》中的饮食思想、饮食与社会两个层面是对先秦社会生活型态的某种"碎片化"反映,对理解先秦饮食文化有所裨益。

A Probe into Catering Culture in LYU's Commentaries of History

Abstract:LYU's Commentaries of History is a great works summarizing the doctrines of philosophers and scholars in the pre-Qin times, reflecting their integrated trends as well as arrangement of the social activities in the pre-Qin times. With the extension of the horizon of historical research, the data reflecting the social catering events of Spring and Autumn Period in Lü's Commentaries of History should be excavated and interpreted in a fresh way. The fragmented reflection of the social lifestyles in the pre-Qin times in the aspects of catering thinking, catering and society is of some help to our understanding of catering culture in the pre-Qin times.
