| 摘 要： | 在第二次世界大战中，伊朗的战略地位日益突出，英国和苏联出于战争需要，出兵伊朗。伊朗为了保卫国家的统一，采取引进第三国势力的外交策略，向美国求助；在罗斯福的全球主义外交战略的指挥下，美国势力大举进入伊朗。伊朗因此摆脱了被英国和苏联分裂的命运，为二战后美国与伊朗建立同盟关系、美国控制伊朗、伊朗成为美国的海湾宪兵奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | During World War II, because of its strategic location, Iran was becoming more and more important. To meet the need of the war, England and the Soviet Union invaded Iran. To defend its unification, Iran adopted the foreign policy of importing the power of a third country, and asked American help. Under the globalism of Roosevelt, American power entered Iran on a large scale. Therefore, Iran extricated itself from the fate of being split by England and the Soviet Union. All this laid the foundation for the forming of alliance between America and Iran, America＇s control of Iran, and Iran＇s becoming America＇s gendarmerie/military police. |
