The intention of the article is to provide some legal strategies against sportsmen's striking based on exposing its cause.The main methods in this research are comparative analyzing and logical analyzing etc.As the article proposes,regulation of economic law is very important for match strike and other behaviors disrupting the order of sports market which may be prevented to some extent by some civil legal relieves.There are some obstacles for civil law and economic law to function.The behaviors such as match strike show some problems in the administration of professional associations and press us to think about the protection of players' rights,the application of criminal penalty in the sports field,and the establishment of sports arbitration system.In general,the solving of sportsmen's striking,related with many law fields,rely on the systematic functions of multiple legal methods.
