| 摘 要： | 1949年河北省发生严重水灾，河北省委、省政府为救灾采取了多种有效措施，其中向东北移民是一项重要举措。从1949年11月始至同年12月止，河北省共向东北移民14642人。此举对救助灾民生活、战胜灾荒起了良好的作用。

| Abstract: | Hebei Province suffered from a severe flood in 1949. Hebei CPC Committee and Hebei Provincial Government took measures to relieve people from the calamity, and the migration of the victims to the Northeast was one of the most important. This job started from the beginning of November 1949 and ended in December and 14642 persons migrated to the Northeast. It is proved to be an effective measure to relieve the difficulties and conquer the disaster. |
