| Abstract: | Eight divisions of Hengyang Government bring forward the mode of Talent Cultivation Project in Rural Areas during the process of carrying out One Village One Undergraduate Project. To guarantee the quality of this task, they established independent teams to offer teaching aid and support accordingly. Furthermore, associate guidance has been supplied by tutors involved. Related institutions and divisions also have played a vital role in the management and service. By all these means which take effect, long-distance education in rural areas has been developed in a certain sense and the quality can be assured. |
