香格里拉藏族茶具的种类及特征解析

摘    要:香格里拉藏族饮茶由来已久,但由于特殊的地理环境,一般的茶并不能满足藏族同胞的需求,在长期的生活实践中,藏族同胞创造出其口感独特,营养丰富的酥油茶。它的出现成为藏民生活中最为重要的一部分,不管是从饮食文化还是从礼仪文化。在藏区流传着这样一句话"一日无茶则滞,三日无茶则病",可见酥油茶在藏民生活中的重要,茶具在藏民的生活中也如同茶一样,人在茶在。

Abstract:The Tibetan people living in Shangri-la have a long history of tea drinking,but due to the special geographical conditions there,ordinary tea just doesn’t meet their needs. For this reason,they have come to love the tasty and nourishing buttered tea,which has become one of the most important part of their life,from perspectives of both culinary culture and etiquettes,a phenomenon best demonstrated by the popular saying there:“One cannot move smoothly without tea for one day and one falls ill without tea for three days.”The importance of tea,naturally,entails the importance of tea set.
