| 摘 要： | 在进行体操跳箱项目教学中,由于种种原因和不同类型的恐惧心理给跳箱教学造成了很大的障碍,恐惧心理是该项目学习的阻力,但并不是固定不变的。本文针对恐惧心理的产生原因进行探讨,并提出解决方法,为改善体操教学质量提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | In jumping box teaching,different kinds of fear caused different causes brings big obstacles to teaching.Althought fear is an obstacle to the study of this teaching item,it is not a constant one.By finding out the causes of fear and suggesting solution approaches,this paper provides references to improving the quality of gymnastics teaching. |
